Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum ('DPA') forms part of the InventoryTribe Terms of Service and applies to the processing of personal data by InventoryTribe on behalf of its customers.
Roles
Customer is the controller and InventoryTribe is the processor of customer personal data processed in the service.
Sub-processors
We maintain a current list of sub-processors and provide notice before adding new ones. Request the list at security@inventorytribe.com.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards.
Sign a DPA
Customers can countersign our DPA by emailing privacy@inventorytribe.com.
